How can I order hardware?

We would advise you to contact one of the local resellers for hardware orders. If you have no reseller nearby and you are located inside the European Union, it is possible to order from us. In this case contact us so we can send you an offer. Since such situations are very rare, we have no payment default insurance and and prepayment would be required. In the case of a cancellation/withdrawal of the order after the parcel delivery has already taken place, 20% processing costs must be charged.

How can I order software?

A.

We are working with many local resellers and if no one is close to you, please use the Bogart-Shop for MacroSystem software. Within the European Union we prefer bank transfer. If you are located outside the EU, you may pay with PayPal or credit card (via PayPal service).

We currently offer service hotlines for MacroSystem hard- and software with premium rate numbers, available in German language for customers in

  • Austria: 0900-399330,
  • Germany: 09001-960 112,
  • Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 0900-399330.

If you want to contact us from other countries, please use the support forum. This is usable in many languages and we can use online translation to read + answer in your language.

Can everybody come by for service requests?

A.

No. We are mainly an online service provider and are often out of the office, due to business appointments. Appointments to visit us in the office are only possible after prior agreement.
