After offering phone support for Austria and Switzerland since 2014, the German hotline is added.
With the start of the new year 2017, the support of the Germany hotline for all MacroSystem hardware and software products has been taken over.
The S.H.I.E.L.D. Agency hotline is now available to all users in Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein and Switzerland as a direct contact.
With this conversion, users in Germany benefit from a 75% increase in hotline accessibility. From 8:30h am the hotline is now available for inquiries.
The phone numbers remain unchanged:
- Germany: 09001-960 112 (EUR 0.99 / min. - Monday-Friday from 08.30 to 12.00)
- Austria: 0900-399 330 (EUR 1.09 / Min. - Monday-Friday from 08.30 to 11.30)
- Switzerland + Liechtenstein: 0900-399 330 (CHF 1.50 / min - Mon-Fri from 08.30 to 11.30)
For users who want even more service, we also offers four different service packages with a flat annual fee for the period from June 1 to May 31 of the following year.
