On Wednesday, the 1st of January in 2014, the S.H.I.E.L.D. Agency was founded.
The letters of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Agency define three big business parts:
- Service Hotline - Offering a pay-per-call phone hotline and flat rate service packages, mostly for MacroSystem hard- and software.
- International Editor - Creation of contributions in German and English language, creation of customer magazines, working on a book for the Bogart video editing software,..
- Lasting Distribution - While this company has just been founded, its owner Michael Huebmer is working in the video editing business since 1989. Many of our customers & partners know us >20 years.
Starting the business and expanding what we offer, additional know how from Michael Huebmer's time as Online Marketing Manager within the MacroSystem/Loewe cooperation lead to a wider range of online services.
- We advise on software developments,
- check and optimize the software user-friendliness,
- create suggestions for new software functionalities,
- test first alpha versions for errors,
- coordinate software beta- and pre-release tests
- offer service packages for Bogart video editors
- create and/or maintain multiple websites,
- create/manage some online shops,
- create and maintain social media community sites,
- write and publish online newsletters,
- give EDP hard- and software support
We also provide some of these services free of charge to non-profit organizations (depending on the scope and amount of work involved).
Nevertheless, expanding and further software developing with our partners are still our number one.
